The Holistic Grounding Retreat is a one-day immersive experience designed to help you slow down, let go, and realign. A powerful blend of movement, somatic education, nervous system regulation, yoga, and deep rest – all in a serene, private villa surrounded by nature.

This isn’t just a spa day or a workout session — it’s an intentional experience to:

Tucked away from the buzz of the city, our tranquil villa offers peaceful views, a pool, open-air space for movement, and cozy nooks for connection and reflection. Designed to hold space for your transformation, the environment itself invites stillness and softness.

Learn the role of your nervous system in emotional regulation, eating patterns, and movement behaviours. Explore embodiment practices that support healing.

Savour a nourishing meal, soak in the sun, rest, or reflect with other participants.

My mission has always been help women break free from the all-or-nothing mindset, stop starting over, and create lasting change that aligns with who they truly are.
After years of struggling with binge eating and bulimia, I discovered that true transformation doesn’t come from more discipline or stricter rules. It comes from deep self-trust, nervous system regulation, and learning how to reconnect with your body on every level — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
That’s why I created The Holistic Grounding — a retreat designed to support the parts of your journey that don’t get enough space in a regular fitness or nutrition program.
With a background in personal training and nutrition I now guide women through an approach that weaves together mindful movement, nourishing food, emotional awareness, and nervous system support.

Lydia helps people reconnect with their true selves through somatic therapy, mindfulness, and life coaching. With a background in the corporate world and ongoing deep personal healing, Lydia blends practical wisdom with spiritual insight to support clients in transforming anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt into clarity, confidence, and self-love.

Sound healing was a turning point in Lisa’s own healing journey, helping her release emotions, calm her mind, and find rest. After experiencing its impact firsthand, she became a certified practitioner to share its power with others.
Lisa now holds safe, soothing spaces using crystalline frequencies and intentional sound to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep self-connection.

With 8+ years of experience, Lucia blends Vinyasa, Fusion, and Hatha yoga with breathwork and healing sounds to release stress and tension.
Her classes focus on mindful movement, deep stretches, and guided meditation—ideal for beginners and anyone dealing with physical or mental stress
